By accessing, browsing, or using this Website, or by finalizing any flight reservation through our website, mobile interface, or call center agents, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Fare Disclosure Guidelines. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. User Eligibility & Legal Authority

By submitting a flight reservation request or completing a purchase through FlyTicketAdvisor, you warrant and represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• All passenger details provided (full name matching government ID/passport, date of birth, contact details) are accurate, complete, and truthful.
• You possess valid authorization for the payment card or payment account used to fund the transaction.
• You will inform all traveling companions listed on your itinerary of these Terms and Conditions and ensure their full compliance.

3. Airfare Booking & Ticket Rules

All airfares and seat availability displayed on our platform are subject to real-time seat inventory changes by operating airlines. Important booking rules include:

• Sequential Flight Coupon Usage: Flight segments must be flown in exact chronological order as shown on your ticket. Skipping a segment results in automatic cancellation of all remaining onward flights by the operating airline without refund.
• Schedule Changes: Operating airlines reserve the right to modify flight numbers, departure times, or aircraft equipment. FlyTicketAdvisor makes every reasonable effort to notify passengers of carrier schedule adjustments.
• Travel Documents & Visas: Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining required passports, transit visas, re-entry permits, and health vaccinations mandatory for entry into destination countries.

4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Cancellation rights and refund eligibility are governed by the specific fare type purchased (Refundable vs. Non-Refundable) and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines:

• 24-Hour DOT Grace Window: Ticket bookings made at least 7 days (168 hours) prior to scheduled departure can be canceled within 24 hours of original booking for a full refund of airfare minus applicable booking agency processing charges where permitted.
• Non-Refundable Fares: Beyond the 24-hour window, non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded for cash. Cancellations may yield an airline flight credit valid for future travel, subject to carrier penalty fees and expiration dates.
• Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are credited back to the original form of payment within 7 to 20 business days depending on credit card issuer processing cycles.

Requested voluntary changes to travel dates, flight routes, or cabin classes are subject to operating airline fare difference calculation plus carrier change penalties and FlyTicketAdvisor agency post-ticketing service fees:

Checked baggage allowances, carry-on size limits, seat assignments, and special assistance requests (wheelchair, unaccompanied minor, pet travel) are governed directly by operating airline regulations. Passengers are advised to confirm baggage limits directly with operating carriers prior to departure.

7. Limitation of Liability

FlyTicketAdvisor accepts no liability for flight delays, flight cancellations, weather disruptions, air traffic control holds, airport closures, strikes, government entry restrictions, or baggage loss caused by operating air carriers or force majeure events.
